Silver Package - Pre-Operative Support

Ideal for clients who have already booked surgery and are seeking clarity, preparation, and emotional support before their procedure.

The Silver Package is designed to help you feel informed, organised, and mentally prepared heading into surgery. We guide you through what to expect, how to prepare, and how to advocate for yourself, so you arrive confident and supported.

Includes:

  • ORA by Jen Pre-Op eBook, including:
    - Surgery readiness checklist
    - What to pack
    - Travel preparation guidance
    - 'Red flag' education
    - Mental preparation and realistic expectations

  • Two (2) x 30-minute pre-operative support calls
  • Personalised guidance tailored to your procedure and circumstances

This package focuses on preparation, peace of mind, and reducing overwhelm before surgery.

Gold Package - Travel & Basic Recovery Support

Designed for clients travelling for surgery who want continued guidance, reassurance, and recovery support.

The Gold Package offers hands-on support before, during, and after surgery, with daily check-ins while you are overseas and ongoing care once you return home. This package ensures you’re never navigating recovery alone.

Includes everything included in the Silver Package, plus:

  • Daily post-operative check-ins via WhatsApp while you are in Turkey
  • Drain care education
  • Scar care education
  • Emotional and mental wellbeing support
  • Five (5) x 30-minute support calls:
    - Two (2) pre-operative
    - Three (3) post-operative (once you return home)

This package is ideal if you want structured recovery guidance, accountability, and reassurance during a vulnerable time.

Platinum Package - Full VIP Concierge Recovery

Our most comprehensive, hands-on support experience for clients seeking full concierge care.

The Platinum Package is a wrap-around, VIP recovery service designed to remove stress and logistics so you can focus entirely on healing. With in-person support overseas and coordination of key recovery services, this package offers the highest level of care and oversight.

Includes everything included in the Gold Package, plus:

  • Airport pick-up coordination
  • In-person daily check-ins while in Turkey
  • Medication management support
  • Coordination of post-operative massage and lymphatic therapy
  • Close liaison with local support services to ensure continuity of care

This package is best suited to clients who want comprehensive, personalised support from pre-op through to recovery.
