I’m Jen, the Director of Optimal Recovery Agency (ORA).

At Optimal Recovery Agency (ORA), we support people with manaaki - care, respect, and compassion, through some of life’s most vulnerable and transformative healing moments. We provide clear, grounded guidance across the entire journey, whether surgery is involved or not.

ORA exists to ensure you never have to navigate recovery alone.

Your journey begins with preparation, supported by our trusted referral partner DVP Fitness, who provides nutrition and training programs to build healthy habits, improve readiness for surgery, and support sustainable outcomes.

When surgery is part of your path, we connect you with world-class surgical care through our medical partner, Cygnus Clinic in Turkey.

Throughout it all, ORA remains by your side, providing pre-operative education, emotional and mental wellbeing support, recovery guidance while travelling and at home, and coordination of trusted recovery services.

We support individuals undergoing cosmetic surgery, weight loss surgery, dental procedures, and hair transplants, as well as those seeking holistic support during a season of restoration.
