I’m Jen, the Director of Optimal Recovery Agency (ORA).

At ORA, I support people with manaaki, care, respect, and compassion. 
I provide clarity and grounded guidance through some of life’s most vulnerable and transformative healing moments, whether surgery is involved or not.

Optimal Recovery Agency exists to ensure you never have to navigate recovery alone. We connect you with trusted, aligned practitioners who support your healing from the inside out, including nutritionists, fitness coaches, breathwork practitioners, lymphatic massage therapists, and holistic wellness specialists. 
Each element of care is thoughtfully chosen to nurture your body, mind, and spirit.

We walk alongside individuals undergoing dental procedures, hair transplants, plastic surgery, and weight loss surgery, as well as those simply seeking holistic support during a season of restoration. Whatever your path, ORA is here to meet you with understanding, dignity, and unwavering support.

At ORA, healing is never one-dimensional. We prepare and support you physically, mentally, spiritually, and financially, so you feel confident, held, and empowered throughout your journey. Because true recovery happens when your whole self is nurtured.

For those travelling overseas, our dedicated medical consultant in Turkey manages airport transfers, accommodation, medical appointments, and payment processes, including support with withdrawal of super, alongside your wider care services.
